The talks will focus on the importance of overall health during the aging process
A series of four free presentations on the importance of overall wellness during the aging process will be offered by Sonoma Valley Hospital and Vintage House on four successive Fridays beginning this week.
The presentations, based on the theme, “Active Aging: Wellness,” are open to everyone and will be held from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Sept. 6, 13, 20 and 27 at Vintage House, 264 First St. E. in Sonoma.
For each talk, anyone interested in attending needs to register at activeagingwellness@brownpapertickets.com. Early registration is recommended because seating is limited.
