Dr. Minnis completed his Fellowship training in Critical Care at Stanford University before he came to MarinHealth Medical Network. He did his Surgical Residency at Southern Illinois University and earned his Medical Degree from Meharry Medical College. Dr. Minnis also has a Master’s in Public Health from University of Southern California.
