Rebecca Spear, DNP, ARNP, AGNP-C, GS-C is a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner at Sonoma Valley Hospital with more than 18 years of experience dedicated to caring for older adults. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Seattle University and her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Arizona, where her award-winning research focused on delirium prevention in post-acute care. Spear leads initiatives to enhance senior care, contributing to Sonoma Valley Hospital’s recognition as an Age-Friendly Health System committed to care excellence.
