As I discussed in my report earlier this month, the Sonoma Valley Health Care District Board has retained the executive search firm WittKieffer to assist in the recruitment of a new Chief Executive Officer for Sonoma Valley Hospital. This is an important decision for our Hospital and community and we want to hear your thoughts.
To facilitate community input, the Board has scheduled a public forum via Zoom videoconferencing on Thursday, Sept. 24 at 6:00 pm. Click here for the Zoom meeting link. Use Meeting ID: 989 4902 5035, and Passcode: 128309.
The session will be led by the two WittKiefer executives handling the search, Mark Andrew and Luke Morris. You are free to make whatever points you believe will be helpful to the firm such as executive competencies and leadership style, as well as awareness of community culture.
If this public meeting is not convenient for you, we encourage you to share your thoughts in writing through a special email box the Board has established for community members to provide input to the search firm. To ensure confidentiality, emails sent to this address will go directly to the search firm and will not be seen by either the Board or the CEO Search Committee.
