At Sonoma Valley Hospital, our Total Joint Replacement Team gets you back in action eliminating joint pain through joint replacement surgery. Our team members include three patient-acclaimed surgeons, a Skilled Nursing Facility for those who want to recuperate in the hospital, and a team of outstanding physical therapists who help increase the speed of healing with their care and thorough exercise program. Our program is distinct in that we begin with education – about joint pain itself, about treatment options leading up to surgery, and about surgery and the healing process. We help educate you about how to work with our specialists to get better. Our Nurse Navigator is there every step of the way to guide, help and facilitate your healing. Our team of surgeons and physical therapists all work together to help you help yourself to heal and return to active living.
