Sonoma Valley Hospital’s Integrative Health Network is presenting a free community lecture on “New Pathways To Diabetes Care.” Those with diabetes and pre-diabetes can learn how Ayurveda, proper nutrition and dietary supplements, along with specific exercises can help their condition.

Speakers include Douglas O’Brien, C.A.S., P.A., a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist; Allison Evanson, MD, RD, a Registered Dietitian; Dennis Zerbo, MA, a Herbalist/Nutritionist, and Marek Grzybowski, P.T., a Physical Therapist.

The lecture is scheduled for Thursday, September 26th from 5:00-6:30 pm at the Vintage House, 264 First Street East, Sonoma Light refreshments will be served.
