Transitioning Into Menopause Is Topic of April GirlTalk Sponsored By Sonoma Valley Hospital

Sonoma Valley Hospital will host an informative conversation for women on transitioning into menopause as part of its GirlTalk program series.

The April talk, titled “Building From The Bottom Up – My Brain, My Bones, And Feeling Well Into The Menopausal Years,” will discuss common conditions that many women encounter when transitioning into menopause. Leading the discussion will be Rebecca Levy-Gantt, DO, a Board-Certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist, who is an expert in this field. There will be ample time for questions and answers.

GirlTalk will be held at Ramekin’s, located at 450 West Spain Street in Sonoma, from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm on Thursday, April 12. There is a $10 donation at the door to cover light refreshments and beverages, and a no-host bar will be available. Reservations are required, as space is limited. Doors will open at 5:30 pm. To reserve a place or for more information, call Celia Kruse de la Rosa at 707.935.5257, or email girltalk@sonomavalleyhospital.org.
