As part of the current Medicare Open Enrollment period, SCAN Health Plan representatives will be available to discuss 2015 plan benefits and answer questions at informational meetings scheduled at Sonoma Valley Hospital. SCAN is a Medicare Advantage health plan now available in Sonoma County.
The meetings are scheduled for Monday, November 17, 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm, and Monday, December 1, 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm.
